It was a mild, sunny day in Southern Ontario yesterday, and I had the fortune of heading out to shoot with the beautiful Melissa and her dog Simba to shoot some portraits and to capture some images of her training for long distance running. Shooting photos of dogs is something I am used to doing and very comfortable with. Shooting a person running was a new adventure for me. Melissa had some ideas of what she was looking for and I had ideas of my own for how I could capture this for her and some places to do this. I also had some ideas of some shots I wanted to try as well. Melissa and Simba were kind enough to humour me! I am happy with the results. What a great day we had.
